Ran a Kitchen for three years. Our old and dented up Henny-Penny warmer died on us out of nowhere, so we got a shiny new thing from these guys at Carter-Hoffmann. Way better. And actually keeps our food hot. Leaving a good review because they have a tech support line with people who actually know what they are talking about and didn't jerk us around or try to sell us useless addons. The thing is built like a tank. Keeps working no matter what we do to it. Love it. would give more stars if I could.

Just saw an article in Pro-Publica about areas of high risk of cancer due to air pollution all over the USA and the companies causing it. They had an interactive map. When I put in my zip code (Vernon Hills) this company showed up. How did that happen so close to our town with hardly anyone knowing about it??? How informed are the residents of this risk?? This is really alarming!!
