My son was extremely nervous before getting braces because one of his classmates had a bad experience somewhere else. Thankfully this office handled everything patiently from the very first visit. The assistants explained each step before doing anything and even joked around enough to keep him relaxed during the appointment. If you or a loved one needs orthodontic work, this is the place to go to! All three orthodontists are incredible at what they do - knowledgeable, professional, and brilliant. The offices are sleek, modern, clean, and incredibly welcoming. And my son and I love a good office dog cuddle! The staff members are so friendly. I usually speak with Ashley on the phone, and she's a joy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
This model of orthodontic healthcare excellence provides wonderful orthodontic care. Liam has had a great experience here and is not fearful of orthodontics. We even saw Dr Carter at the lake when Liam had a wire pop out of place. She was able to fix it on the spot!
