I had a scheduled appt from 7-9 am. I was available during that time, men finally arrived at 10:40 after I texted that I was leaving for an appt. They took air conditioner apart and I had to leave. I got no word that they did not continue their work. Fast forward a week and 1/2, air conditioner stops working. I call again, speak to the owner. These guys are the best! We had our AC go out unexpectedly and needed it fixed quick. Carters was out before I was even awake the next day and had it fixed. They went above and beyond, I’ll definitely be using them again!
