Always responsive and reliable
When your AC goes out in the hottest part of July, you sort of don't care who does it as long as it gets fixed. Carter was a second opinion based on a friend's recommendation. I'm glad we called them. They gave us honest assessment, two system options and in the end a good quote, which ended up cheaper than the first call.
