The neighborhood looks great on the outside but the inside is a whole different story. All the rules and the HOA will have you feeling like you can’t do anything right. We’ve received constant complaints about our simple activities in the mail and through email where a simple conversation could have been had. I will say, I was very impressed and excited when I first looked at this neighborhood when scouting for a new residence. However, now since moving into the neighborhood we have been consistently harassed and watched by our neighbor, who just so happens to be the HOA board president. Small incident after incident has been sent to us via "violation" notices, claiming that inspections have been done when they have not been.
