I scheduled 2 garage doors to be installed 4 days ago. I heard nothing today so I called tech no answer I called company and was told they would reach the tech. I called back 2 hours later and was told they were gonna reach the tech. Then I received a called from "Leonard" not helpful at all and would not answer who owned the company told me to call the office he was just handling complaints. Rescued us from a down door plus replaced old and bad parts, came out on very short notice and did a heck of a job for a decent fair price. Recommended him to our whole HOA. Great guy.
