I've been going to Family Health Associates for years, love them! Dr. Dennis Carter and Dr. Amanda Carter are caring and supportive. Kari and staff are super friendly! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I've never met him, however I've been his patient for over 15 years. I have never seen him at Eagleville Clinic. Casea and Stacey take care of me. Then I needed a refill for Sertraline. This "doctor" who has never met me DENIED my refill. I can not go more than three days without Sertraline. I've been taking Sertraline for 23+ years. Dr. Carter is my pcp. Anytime I need medical attention, I call.and get a quick and speedy appointment and he gets me fixed up. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
Very rude and unhelpful staff . I had to make 5 requests over 10 days to receive a refill. Requests were made between eagleville and the murfreesboro office . Yesterday I find out eagleville was closed for the week . It would be nice if you left a message on the voicemail explaining that and who to call . Only got a generic message telling me to leave a message . Karen office manager would not investigate the issue. And refused to help me even told me just to find another pcp.
