Dr. Carter is my pcp. Anytime I need medical attention, I call.and get a quick and speedy appointment and he gets me fixed up. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Very rude and unhelpful staff . I had to make 5 requests over 10 days to receive a refill. Requests were made between eagleville and the murfreesboro office . Yesterday I find out eagleville was closed for the week . It would be nice if you left a message on the voicemail explaining that and who to call . Only got a generic message telling me to leave a message . Karen office manager would not investigate the issue. And refused to help me even told me just to find another pcp. I found Dr. Carter several years ago and haven’t turned back. He is now my entire family’s doctor and we all love him. He is kind, soft spoken, and patient. He sits to talk, which is so important. I feel like I’ve had all my questions answered and plans made at the end of each visit. I’ve never had a time when I desperately needed to get in to see him or one of his associates.
