I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Carter's ... I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Carter's office. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I had my teeth cleaned by Jeanie and she is one of the best hygienist I have been to. She was thorough and explained any trouble areas I had. I have already recommended Dr. Carter to family members.
