Dr. Carter is the BEST I have been going to Dr. Carter since he began practicing in NWA. He is a top notch professional. He genuinely cares about his patients. He is a perfectionist with his work. He takes time with you. He asks about your family, job, etc. You aren't just a paycheck for him. I would highly recommend him. His office staff is super as well.
