I started seeing Dr. Carter around 2008 and moved in and out of Fayetteville a few times since then. Every time I leave Northwest Arkansas (currently residing in New Jersey) I never can find another dentist with the same degree of care, compassion, competence, and professionalism. I always fly or drive back for appointments. Dr. Carter is worth flying in for.
Fantastic! I have not been to a dentist for many years as I am fearful due to bad experiences with dentists when I was young. I was referred to this practice and I was very impressed! They listened to my fears and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I will definately be back and would totally recommend going here!

Dental fun I absolutely love Dr Davidson and Brittney! They both are experts in their field. The entire staff makes each visit a great experience.

Teeth cleaning at Dr. Carters Everyone was very pleasant and friendly as usual. Hygienist was friendly and very good as usual. Always a pleasure to have any procedure done.

Such a pleasant office! I have put off going to the dentist for years, but had to finally break down due to pain. The office staff (Jennifer and Kim) was extremely kind and helpful - even calling to let me know that an earlier appointment had opened up. Dr. Davidson and Brittany were gentle, thorough, and clearly explained what was needed. The procedure was painless and not nearly as frightening as I was thinking. Thank you so much!
