Professional, Kind, Caring and Gentle My arrival was acknowledged by a welcoming smile and warm hello. The waiting room is comfortable and the wait was only a few minutes long. Every step was explained before work began and if I had questions, they were answered. Dr. Carter and his staff are professional and knowledgeable but above all very gentle and treated me with great care. I will continue to refer my friends to Dr. Carter.
