I do recommend Carter Crossing. I really like my apartment and my friends. The staff strives hard to make this place seem like a luxury hotel. We have lots of activities and socializing opportunities or If your choice is to be a hermit then no one will bother you. I truly enjoy living at Carter Crossing.
RecommendedThe management company as well as the staff, residents and property are awesome! After being displaced by Hurricane Michael, I wanted to live at this property. However, there were no vacancies and I was placed on their waiting list. Since I was in a state of shock after Hurricane Michael, I made a big mistake and did not want to wait out for a vacancy. I decided on moving to Bay Minette, AL and into a senior property (55+) like Carter Crossing. Huge mistake!!!!! The management company here, the staff, the residents....NOTHIN... read more
Beautiful, clean, friendly neighbors, secured entrances, reasonable rents, pretty landscaping, good pet policies, and good management. All and all a great place to live.
I wanted to commend Matt for his prompt completion of a couple of maintenance issues I had in my apartment. He was very professional and most helpful. Everything is working great. Thank you!
Great place for seniors who are independent.

I would rate this community 5 stars, however, from looking at the floor plans, there doesn't seem to be enough closet space.
