Andrew Gretzner did my maintenance he's great 👍
Noticed a potential gas leak last night. Called them and they had a person there the next day. Andrew investigated thoroughly on the outside and in the crawl space and made sure there was no leak. He also did a very good job explaining how all the connections worked. Very satisfied.
Started using Carter Comfort for routine maintenance last year. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been very responsive and very professional. Andrew came out today to take care of a minor problem, he went above and beyond to ensure my concern was handled, and he explained exactly what he was doing along the way. I definitely recommend this company.
Yearly maintenance was performed. Tech did a good job. Had an issue with the air conditioner and reported it to the office. Andrew was out within an hour. Turned out not to be a problem. He will provide more training so the tech understands our system better.Andre was amazing. He performed diagnostics and within 15 minutes was able to determine the system is functioning properly!
