We have had such great experiences with this company. They are very easy to work with. All of the employees are very prompt and professional. They explain everything that we need to make sure we are getting the best performance out of are heating and cooling systems. They do NOT try to sell us or pressure you to buy something we don’t need. We trust Carter Comfort Systems That’s hard to find a company that will not try to sell you something that you don’t need. Fixed our air conditioner a couple weeks ago and came back today for complete service. Very reasonable and professional. Two different technicians, two very knowledgeable and professional young men. Texting and emailing just the right amount to remind us. Great communication.
