Andrew was on time and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and knew the problem before I remembered to tell him what the last guy that came had done to cause the problem I was having! He spent the time to fix everything and make sure things were running as smoothly as possible. Definitely calling Andrew at Carter Comfort Systems for our HVAC from now on!
In 2025 I had Carter Comfort 1) repair my a/c on a sweltering August Sunday (yes, SUNDAY), and 2) replace my furnace and a/c with a new heat pump system. I can confidently tell you that if you need heating/cooling help, Carter Comfort is the place to go. I had been without air conditioning since Wednesday Evening. I called on friday morning and they got me in friday afternoon. Very prompt and courteous. I would recommend them highly. Andrew was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained things well.
