Overpriced. More than doubled the estimate to my Ins. Company from the original estimate without a tear down.

After a week, I called Service King on a Friday afternoon and was told they couldn't find a door to replace a damaged on on my '99 Jeep Cherokee. I called back in 30 minutes and told adviser Nathan that I'd found a door in A-1 condition at LKQ North Texas for $350. I gave him the phone number, etc. He said he'd check it out and call me on Monday. He didn't. So I called him at 5 p.m. that day. (He never returns calls.) Bewearof this company. I took my car in to have a door looked at it is minor damage. The doorlock and doorjam was bent. They told me I had to replace the door. I told him it did not that they can just bend the door jam and doorlock straight. They wouldn't listen to me. I took it across the street to Golden Touch Autobody in Laguna hills CA had it looked at they charged $250 to fix It.
I had the best experience with Service King on Cuyamaca. My car was in the shop for two weeks but, they made sure to update me every couple days. They did an amazing job on my car & even detailed it (not an easy task with dog hair everywhere!). Highly recommend & big shout out to Jay, thank you for everything!
