Appointments are ONLY allowed. They were very rude and acted as if I was creating an inconvenience for them while they were empty. Never go to this location!
What a nice experience. The staff was fun and their demeanor was enjoyable.
Great customer service. I have come here twice to donate blood and Mao (I'm pretty sure that's her name) was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and that everything was ok and was really fun to talk to. I've had her both times. I also had an appointment and got right in and didn't have to wait.
Very clean and convenient! The Flower Mound location is my favorite place to donate platelets! The staff is always friendly and takes a genuine interest in their donors!
