Have donated about 110 units of platelets there over 6 years, they are fantastic, know what they're doing, know you by name, just a good experience.
Been coming here for a while to donate blood and the staff is very professional. It may not seem like it when they are busy, but schedule an appointment during the weekday when it's slower, you'll have a nice conversation with them. Facility is clean and the staff are very high on safety and safe handling practices. Overall, I always have a great experience every visit.
