RecommendedDisappointed in that I booked an appointment online to give PLATELETS. Apparently you also have to tell them in the intake room - but I was not asked!!! So, they just took a pint of blood. The children’s hospital down the road requested platelet donations, so I am upset. The staff here today have been a letdown in that there has been little personality or personal interaction. I've had dozens of appointments to donate at Carter Bloodcare on Rosedale, and have always found the staff there to be friendly, professional, and meticulous in their care. I appreciate their commitment to keeping donors comfortable and safe.
The staff is very nice and caring. The office is very nice and comfortable. The only location I like to go to.
Friendly peeps. Doing the best they can and having fun doing there work. Dis you know that less than 10% of the population gives blood? Not good. I encourage as many as you see this to donate Blood.
Great place. They did a great job! I would highly recommend this facility :-)
