I absolutely love coming to Carter BloodCare Preston Valley! The facility is spotless and welcoming every single time I visit. I have to give a huge shoutout to Rubin — he is an incredible nurse and true professional. He is so gentle and skilled that I barely feel a thing! Quick, efficient, and always friendly. Great place to give blood
My doctor said that some levels were high in my blood and should therefore donate. I have O+. Started off great. I called and scheduled two appointments, one for my wife and one for me for the same time. I was told, "we have two slots available". I took them. 40 minutes after my appointment time, they were finally ready for me as my wife was finished. Lady also sprayed my wife's blood onto her. Try a different location. I left without donating since my wife was done. I wasn't going to have her wait for me. I won't go back.
Lovely little donation location. Nathan up front is always a pleasure to see first thing, and Ruben is the fastest and friendliest donor phlebotomist I've ever met. Kudos to all the Preston Valley staff!
