This location is very clean and experienced friendly staff! A great experience donating blood here. I didn’t have to wait longer than my appointment time. They are professional and efficient! And easy parking. It’s in a shopping center so you just pull up and park right in front of the entrance.

there using these big ass turkey baster needles. now. hurt bad when she inserted it. was very uncomfortable while the blood donation was happening and it hurt when she removed the giant needle. wtf. i’m it donating anymore to them unless they go back to the regular size needle. my arm hurt for hours after

I've been donating at this Center for 20 plus years, and they have the nicest, most caring, and professional people working there. They greet you warmly when you come in. They treat you nicely the whole time. They thank you for donating before you leave. And they make you feel very important. Anyone considering donating blood should try this Baylor Center. The staff makes it a great experience.
