I love everything about Carter Barnes on Paces. As a client of Carter Barnes of more than 20 years, I was delighted when they moved back to the new location on Paces. (No more fighting the parking at the Mall!) This location is convenient, warm and friendly and has valet parking. Perri, who is one of the three owners and a color expert, is amazing. Very different, and unpleasant experience at this new location. I am not sure if I will return. I seemed just like a number coming and going, with no personal interaction from any staff member.
HOW TO LOOK AND FEEL YOUR ABSOLUTE BEST: If you want the PERFECT hair color, you simply must go to JACKIE STEWART (aka the Color Goddess). I have been going to Jackie for almost 20 years because she is the only colorist I know who can match my natural color (strawberry blonde, which is very difficult to do to look natural). Jackie rocks! – I moved here...to the big city in 2000, and no one in this town could get my dirty blond hair past day-glow orange. Expert colorist! – Jackie Stewart and I go back to when we were both with L'Oreal Professional , she was the Educational Manager who hired and helped to train me.
