I highly recommend Cartelligent for the purchase of your vehicle. I really appreciated not having to negotiate with the dealerships myself as I do not buy cars often enough to be good at negotiating. I am very happy with the price and the terms of the sale. Chuck Revell was an excellent representative that was very thorough and followed up well.
We were introduced to Christian through a friend and as he mentioned, Cartelligent didn't let us down. They did amazing work and the efforts by the whole to find us the car that we really liked and wanted. They kept us informed on the whole process and got me the car on my special day. I called on Friday afternoon at 3pm. I knew what I wanted, but didn't have the time to locate and negotiate - leaving for a three week trip the next Thursday. Cartelligent is incredible, I cannot believe I ever went directly to dealers. They were fast and efficient, both in selecting the car and in receiving it in person (under an hour, compared to the 3-4 hours it takes at a dealer!). It only took a few days to find a car that everyone told me would take months. I got a great price and saved a huge amount of time. I'll never buy a car the old way again!
We just got our 2025 Toyota Sienna with Chuck's help. We couldn't have been more pleased with the process and the outcome. We wanted just the base trim, nothing particular, not even the color was that important to us. Mainly, it was getting the difficult-to-get hybrid Sienna at the right price. Dealers are significantly marking up Siennas right now. Chuck came through and got us what we wanted at a price that came in quite a bit lower than all the dealer prices we saw.
