We’ve used Cartec for many, many years and highly value their expertise and trust their integrity !
Linda was wonderful and informative. She tried to find the best price for a part that was needed. They showed me exactly what was wrong and had the part ordered and did the repair within a couple of days. My Honda fit drives beautifully now and is no longer a hazard. I will be taking my vehicle in for repairs at cartec from now on.
I scheduled an oil change a week out and put in the appointment notes that we were using a coupon. But because my husband didn't explicitly remind them that we were using that coupon, we were charged full price. Nothing they could do as they cannot see their own notes section.....HOWEVER!! Linda was able to eventually find the notes section and make it right!
