I came here for a downpipe change end of 2023. Cartec left the exhaust leaking fumes, a lot. I came back and they gave me the run around but reworked the clamps but no success. I left to EU and came back last November. I called and no luck; the run around again. Took the car to a specialized exhaut shop. They showed me right away that the downpipe was the wrong size. That Wilson guy is not trustable. Expansive and bad job.
Honestly, they take better care of my car than the dealership ever did. The service is thorough, professional, and they actually explain what's going on with the vehicle. No upselling, no pressure—just solid, honest work. I trust them more than any dealership I've been to.
Amazing place, to service your diesel, Wilson is the guy to go see when it comes to Mercedes. They have oem dealer scanner to do all programing, scn coding. Service is top notch
