I booked the reservation for my birthday and they cancelled it by simply sending a cancellation email not even a call and any explanation for the cancellation. So disappointing… I would suggest not to go to this place for your important events.

I was sorely disappointed by the restaurant's last-minute cancellation of my reservation. The lack of consideration for their customers' time and plans was truly unacceptable. The way they handled the situation left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to dine there in the future. Furthermore, they charge $500 upfront for a reservation. Having grown up near NYC, lived in Chicago, and my partner, in LA, we have always been surrounded by restaurants offering excellent fine dining cuisine and service. When we moved to Dallas, we were wondering if there would be anything of similar caliber. There is no Michelin guide in Texas, but we do have some James Beard finalists.
