Good service. Easy to work with. Nice cars.
Nice service at first, but they don’t listen. My dad and I went in to get a car for me, and while doing the paperwork, we specifically told them we wanted GAP insurance on the vehicle. Later, when my car got totaled while it was parked, I went to check the paperwork — and they admitted they forgot to add it. Now I’m left without a car and still have to pay off the balance. Amazing experience all around! The staff was friendly and attentive with no pressure tactics. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase here and my wife picked up a Tahoe this time. Every single time we felt taken care of and every question answered immediately with honesty and courtesy. Worried about the financial side of things?…..DONT! Hey, No Kidding! Car Swap is a great way to sell a car. I am the biggest sceptic there is. I’m a retired disabled grumpy old man. I am not very mobile and not able to drive. A friend offered to take the car we needed to sell out to CarSwap and he did. I spoke with Dusty (my CarSwap guy)who explained how it works, I don’t advertise, meet potential buyers for a test drive, CarSwap and Dusty (my CarSwap guy) handle it all.
