Recently got a is350 from here and Eli has been very very helpful, there were a bit of issues with the rims and eli helped me with them with no extra charge same with the brakes etc. 10/10 would recommend.
This is a repeat review because my first experience with Carstock was several years ago. I have had multiple transactions with them since. All of my experiences have been top notch. Eli is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about Lexus’s, and this combined with Jackie and staff’s attention to customer service make me recommend Carstock with ZERO reservations. They have always gone out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. I recommend them with NO RESERVATIONS.
