Carstock is a gem! Eli was the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever worked with! He gave me a very reasonable price and even offered to drive the car to a mechanic of my choice so that I could have a pre-purchase inspection. This was very helpful considering I live 1.5 hours away. Jackie was a kind receptionist as well! I have only positive things to say about Carstock!
I would not recommend anyone buy from this dealer!!! Very unprofessional and poor customer service!!!!
This has been literally the most calm experience I've ever had buying a car! No pressure no creepy sales people just really nice folks! The car needed a couple of things done to it and they were more than happy to fix everything that my mechanic recommended, with a smile on their face. I'm picking my car up today and I am so excited. Highly recommend doing business with this establishment.
Best kept secret in Atlanta. Bought my Rx 350 from them in 2020 and since then have taken my car ONLY to them for oil changes, tire changes and overall car check ups for the last 6 years. I am about to relocate out of state and will miss the professional, friendly, personalized, helpful and above and beyond service I always get from Eli and Jackie.
