Our church had stains in the carpet we couldn't remove--either through other professional carpet cleaners or our own efforts. Carsten Cleaning did it! They are our carpet-go folks now.
I had LJ come clean the carpets of a rental I was moving out of and he did a great job. The carpets looked better than when I moved in! I highly recommend for all your carpet cleaning needs.
LJ was great! Communicative, friendly, on time, reasonably priced. He cleaned a large area rug for me that had lingering slight pet smells I was unable to get out myself. He managed my expectations when I booked- pet smells are stubborn. The actual cleaning only took about 15 minutes. He gave me directions to speed the drying process and left me a spray bottle of the cleaning solution he uses in case I noticed odor coming back over time. My rug was totally dry in about 7 hours and it smells great! Totally worth it!

John did an amazing job for a home I was putting on the market. The light carpets hadn't been cleaned in ages. They were dirty, darkened from use and stained in several spots. When he was done, all the stains came out with John's expert speciailized treatment and the carpet looked new and every room had those beautiful patterned cleaning lines for the photos.
