I didn't know LJ's father, but from what I hear he was a great man, and he built the rock solid foundation for what is still today an amazing company. LJ brilliantly carries that torch forward, bringing a true dedication to complete customer satisfaction on every job, and does so with a genuine care for people. I'll never use anyone else, and will continue to refer Carsten Carpet Cleaning to everyone I know!
LJ did an awesome job working with me on getting out new house carpet cleaned up. Was even able to do it while me and my family were out of town. Communication was great and he even left me some tips on how to keep the carpets cleaned. I plan on having him back next year for another clean.
I just had my carpets professionally cleaned with Carston Cleaning and I could not be happier with the results. We have not had a cleaning, outside of vacuuming, for almost 5 years, since the day they were installed and after Carston Cleaning was hired, the carpets look like the day the were newly installed! John Carston is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend his services!

AJ was very nice and knowledgeable. We're still wrapping our brains around the "almost" waterless procedure. Our carpets are old but look just fine after cleaning. Less than an hour for 3 bdrm, living room, dining room, family room + sewing room. Cost felt high but we are satisfied with the results.
