They knowingly sold me a rusted car and pressured me to buy a warranty I obviously didn't need. Don't buy here!
Very helpful and kind and helpful when it came to finances
This morning, my husband and I went to car stars. We needed to get a new car because ours was stolen and then totaled out. When we got there, we met Manny. What an amazing experience! We told him why we were looking for a new car and how I had known about Car Stars, then jumped right in! We wanted to look for third row vehicles specifically that was our only wish. Where to begin on how horrible this place is. I purchased a new trailer from them. After paying cash for the trailer it took them over a week to have it ready for pick up. Even on the day it was promised it still was not ready. On their website the owner states contact me for any issues, and I did, only to receive nothing. This shop was amazing. I have had one other accident and that was a mess and the repairs took forever and I could barely reach the shop (not carstar). This time was a totally different experience. It was so seamless and I never had to reach out for info. I was consistently kept up to date and the repairs are perfect!
