Dud a great job on my exhaust
I originally chose this outfit three times. I know dear Eric, have interacted with him x 3 for my vehicle. Ty. Three visits, other drivers at fault, 'all three'. The third time, a very honest woman left a note on my windshield. Wow ! Best of us, that woman worthy of 5 stars for honesty and decency. 4 stars for Carstar as they always do an excellent job Shaving away the 'clear coat' says, every tiny surface offence on your vehicle ? It will be noted on your vehicle's surface. Don't allow 'buffing'. It thins the 'clear coat'.... read more
I received two business cards from the dealership I go for maintenance and one was this shop. I ended up using the other repair shop (because I can't use two repair shop for one vehicle :p) but the visit was so memorable that I'm sharing my experience with five stars. First, I went to the shop with little bit of hope to receive a drop-in estimate because out of 15-ish shops in Victoria, over ten said that it's required for me to book an appointment which would be dated about a month after. Edit…Eric and the CarStar team for the win! After initially helping us when NOone else would (see below), Eric guided us to find the right part for a bent convertible top arm. Then, he and the team spent a day working on our car and we now have a fully functioning convertible again! This, at a fraction of the price of an entire new roof assembly (the answer provided by the dealership!). We are overjoyed! Issue: hit and run claim - damaged front bumper Rav 4 2019 LE (ICBC covered) Perfect. Highly recommended. Most people that you work with nowadays looks like woke narcissist who does not care about you as a customer, but these people here, complete opposite.
