Had to wait 2 months after initial assessment til repair. No $ amount given then or when dropped off. Dropped car off Monday @08, it the sat in their parking lot until Thursday AM. Called them Friday, not ready til following week which included a holiday. Finally work was started Wednesday AM & finished Thursday @1PM. With a Tesla you can always see where the car is, when it is moved & when it is being worked on. Professional and extremely easy to work with from start to finish. Shane was attentive and on top of things from the start, and responded to every question or next step almost instantly. On top of that, the work was immaculate; you could never tell how badly scraped up the vehicle was!
