Would highly recommend Universal to anyone that has had an accident recently. From start to finish the service is top notch. The professional yet down to earth attitude and the exceptional workmanship would take me to Universal for any body/paint work my vehicle would need in the future. Great customer service. Someone hit my car and a friend of mine recommended Universal Body Shop to me. It was a further drive then I would have liked to go, but totally worth it. Amazing customer service from everyone on staff! No complaints at all.

Great work and awesome customer service!!!! I called first to find out about prices, the front desk girl was very polite and asked me to email her a picture of the part that needed work, she got back to me with a great price and told me they'll have it ready in 24hrs and THEY DID!!! :-) The waiting area is very clean, they're fast and have good prices! They're very direct, no sugar coating :-) I definitely recommend it and will use Universal Body Shop again!!!!
