Extremely helpful and professional, I don't have enuff good things to say about my experience. Courtney is the best and made my experience super easy and comfortable. Thanks carstar your the only ones I will see if I am ever in need of glass service.
I got my car repaired by carstar. Everything was pretty gud except the waiting time for my car repair it took 2 months to get it done but eventually they did a really gud job and fixed my car very well.
I had a great experience with Carstar. The team is very professional and clearly knows what they’re doing. They provided excellent service and were kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I truly believe they are one of the best in the city. I would definitely give them five stars and highly recommend them to others.
We heard great things about Carstar St. James and quickly understood why. From the start, they recognized the importance of keeping our truck on the road and acted quickly, ordering parts right away and allowing us to schedule the repair once everything arrived. After dropping off the vehicle, they quickly identified additional damage missed by MPI, communicated clearly, and ordered the required parts without delay. Thank you Carstar! Had a wonderful experience having my cracked windshield replaced. They were flexible to accommodate my schedule, made arrangements to pick up my vehicle and get the work done while I was out of the country. I picked up when I returned after hours. They washed my vehicle and quality of workmanship was fantastic. My vehicle has heads up display and calibration was 100%. Full communication and updates along the way.
