Honestly this was the worst experience I've ever had with a shop and I do not recommend it to anyone looking for prompt vehicle repairs especially repairs related to flood damage. I was told initially that an engine replacement would be done, but after 2 weeks I called for an update on my vehicle and they told me "we've been trying to contact you it's ready for pickup" they had the wrong number on file which is why I did not know. I had a good experience. It was nice they were close to my work and open at 8:00 so I can get to work on time. It was nice to just pay my deductible and not worry about anything else. Everyone was friendly.
Repaired my car from here in winter due to a minor collision in which the ac condenser had to be replaced. After summer came the AC stopped blowing cool air so I refilled the gas but it didn't lasted even 2 months. Upon inspection primarily the condensers leak was found so I called here to see if the part is under warranty or if it could get checked. I was told I'll get a call back but never got it. recently brought my subaru forester for a repair, they went above and beyond, cleaning my car and even some detailing when i didnt have time to, they assisted me with rental while my car was in service, the team supported me when i forgot a couple important items in my car when it was already submitted to getting fixed. Thank you so much! BTW they accept directly with ur mpi!
