Victoria and Melissa provided exceptional service from start to finish!!! Brought my Tesla in for some paint work and was genuinely impressed with quality work done right, and I was in and out in just a few days. Fast turnaround without cutting corners. Highly recommend!
Vicky and Melissa were excellent. From the moment I walked in, they were clear, professional, organized, and genuinely helpful. I came in after damage to my vehicle and felt like I was in good hands right away. It also gave me real peace of mind knowing my vehicle was being entrusted to a certified collision center with the right experience and standards behind the work. Highly recommended. I received excellent, genuine service, and I would drive out of my way to bring any of my family’s vehicles here.
From the time I arrived at the shop and spoke with Vicky, who is the nicest person, and then Dennis I was very happy I chose Carstar. Both were very friendly, personable and welcoming. Dennis was very open about the process and he and his staff went above and beyond what was necessary to make my vehicle look great. When I picked the car up Dennis walked me through the process of what they did and even provided me with extra touch up paint. My car looked great and I would recommend Carstar to anyone.
I’ve used Carstar more times than I'd like to admit, but knowing I have an auto body shop I can trust makes the experience much easier. Vicky at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful, and Dennis is honest, communicative, and great to work with. The quality of the work is consistently outstanding, and my Tesla always comes back looking perfect. I highly recommend them.
