I would like to thank the amazing team of carstar spectrum auto (Mr. Dennis, Ms. Trinity and the men) for going above and beyond with the repair of my Tesla Model 3 2023. They did a fantastic job with the repair, excellent communication with insurance and with me (customer). My car was picked up later than expected but I was informed beforehand. Every process was explained and made sure that everyone involved is updated. The day I picked up my car it was charged and was even cleaned. 100% would recommend.
I could not be happier with the service I received. My repair was an insurance claim and everything was done quickly, perfectly and with great care. When I waited for my initial estimate every customer who came in greeted the staff like family and they were genuinely happy to be there for service. Now I understand why. Melissa was so easy to work with communicated with me every step of the repair. Would definitely recommend, even though I never hope to go back :)
Amazing experience with these guys. Perfect job fixing my Tesla model Y, and they worked efficiently with my insurance Geico to get everything covered. Total work took 3 days to fix front bumper, fender and a few other imperfections. They even called Enterprise for me to make a reservation and got me a free ride over there to pick up my rental car. Highly recommend.
This place is absolutely shameful. They took almost 2 months to repair my vehicle and after taking the vehicle back all the body panels were installed incorrectly. They also made me wait two weeks to find a battery for the vehicle, which I sourced in one hour elsewhere. Paid $500 to tow the vehicle to another shop, where they also found $3000 (!!!) in additional damage which was not fixed. After all this, I will have to have the vehicle repaired all over again. So often today you feel like you are bothering employees or that they think they’re doing you a favor when you deal with them. Not here at CARSTAR! They not only did a great job fixing my damaged vehicle they were also helpful, knowledgeable, and upbeat through the whole process. Highly recommend!
