I am still working through my insurance regarding an accident where Carstar is the assessor, but having interfaced with Vicky and Melissa over the last week I felt compelled to submit a review even though I haven’t had a repair or work done. Their customer service to-date has been beyond fantastic. Best I’ve experienced in any scenario. From the moment I walked in, Vicky set the tone for an amazing experience. Her warm, uplifting energy instantly made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I had a great experience with CARSTAR Spectrum Auto. They did an excellent job repairing my Acura MDX. The repair quality was outstanding, and my vehicle looks as good as new. The paint match and body work were done perfectly, and everything was completed on time as promised. The staff was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Unlike other body shops, this business actually cares about the work they do and their customers. Very efficient, quick turn around. Took a little over a week for what took another shop 6 weeks. Vicky at the front desk is so nice and very helpful. Complete front end repair with paint, sensors, and various replacements . 2024 ram 1500.
