We had a warranty claim through Silverrock on a leather seat after purchasing an SUV through Carvana. Mike at Carstar took care of the communication with Silverrock about the claim and kept me informed of the status. Once the part was available, the shop made the repair the same day and did a great job.
carstar did an amazing job on the body work and paint. it looks as good as the day. I got it from the dealership. staff was great kept me update on progress and delivered earlier then expected. thank you guys
100% trust
Frank and the guys over at CARSTAR did an amazing job on my truck after my door and fender got sideswiped. A perfect paint blend, excellent body work, and top notch wheel repair and alignment. Don’t trust your car to just anybody.with a known name, trust these guys to get it right.
The worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend taking your vehicle here. They took too long didn’t fix my vehicle the correct way I had to take it back multiple times
