Our Toyota Highlander was hit in a parking lot. It was repaired and detailed to be as shiny as it will ever be!! They take the time to help make an unfortunate situation so positive! Our community is so blessed to have this family in it! Good people and tons of integrity in their work! Appreciate the help!
First place we call whenever we need a vehicle repaired. Excellence service and professional customer service. Their interior detailing is awesome.. my car always comes back looking great and having that "new car" smell. We recommend them whenever we can!!!
When I needed repair, they were right there for me...did great, perfect work on my Buick, and even got me a rental for free!
Always, the first place we go when a deer or basketball hoop jump out in front (or behind) us! Friendly service from the time we enter to the time we leave. My insurance sent me here because it was near my location. Friendly service to start out and even a rental car provided from hertz at the shop. Agreement was made that I turn in the rental and get my car back on Monday. I was called on Friday at 4:45pm telling me they closed out the repair and I needed to return the rental by 5:30pm or I would be charged. I had to cancel my evening plans to switch vehicles. I have used this shop for my vehicles for years now. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else after an accident. They do great work. Also I recommend them just for car washes or interior detailing. Picked up my car yesterday and it is repaired right and looks brand new inside.
My car was in this shop for 2.5 months and returned to me in worse condition than before the accident. They failed to inspect many aspects of the vehicle prior to releasing it to me and admitted they do not use a "check list". They failed to observe that my fog lights, moon roof, heated and cooled seats, adjustable seat and USB outlet did not work. I also found a few inches of water in the bottom of my console. without any doubt, the worst experience I have ever encountered with a collision center. no communication, poor quality of work, delay after delay. what should have been a 3 or 4 day job, turned into almost a 3 week nightmare. I will never recommend carstar or any of its sister companies to anyone. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. no discount, no loaner vehicle through all of the trouble. I really didn't even want to give them one star.
First things first. communication is essential in every aspect in our lives, unfortunately carstar is lacking in this common sense tool. the job went from 1 week to 2 weeks and so on. calls were not returned in a timely manner or at all, the estimate jumped from 1 week to the next, and parts were not ordered to complete the job.
