World Class Painters! This small shop has a friendly Christian family atmosphere that cannot be matched. The customer's satisfaction is their #1 priority. All the work they have done for me in the past has been spectacular. The body work is great and the painting is flawless! PROS: Cute painter! CONS: None
Poorly managed I was not impressed. The shop is not managed very well. After discussing what work was to be done on several occassions, including the morning I dropped the vehicle it off they still managed to screw up it. They ended up performing additional work that was not in the quote. They said they did what was on the quote, which they did, the the work on the first quote not the second. If you go to these guys make sure they tear up older quotes so they don't get confused.
RecommendedWhat an awesome facility you guys run. My wife had the front of her car Repaired recently and I was extremely impressed by the detail and quality of the work that was done. We received our car fully detailed inside and out, Looking almost better than when we picked it up from the show room. We can't thank you guys enough!

My insurance company sent me here after an accident. Customer service started out average, but as the time went on with my vehicle in their shop, it quickly declined. Ladies at the front desk made sly remarks. My car came back damaged from them, and even with picture evidence, the manager “Ryan” belittled me because I didn’t drive a brand new car, my car was too old to be worth fixing even though it was the damage they did to my car. I took my husband's car in yesterday for an estimate on a minor repair. Everyone working there was fantastic and very personable. The gentleman who came out to look at the car thought they could buff out the scratches. He took the car back, and within 10 minutes it was done. I had previously been to another shop earlier in the day and was treated terribly. I will be recommending Carstar Portage from now on.
They did such an amazing job on my car and the employees are so helpful and friendly!
