My insurance company sent me here after an accident. Customer service started out average, but as the time went on with my vehicle in their shop, it quickly declined. Ladies at the front desk made sly remarks. My car came back damaged from them, and even with picture evidence, the manager “Ryan” belittled me because I didn’t drive a brand new car, my car was too old to be worth fixing even though it was the damage they did to my car. I took my husband's car in yesterday for an estimate on a minor repair. Everyone working there was fantastic and very personable. The gentleman who came out to look at the car thought they could buff out the scratches. He took the car back, and within 10 minutes it was done. I had previously been to another shop earlier in the day and was treated terribly. I will be recommending Carstar Portage from now on.
They did such an amazing job on my car and the employees are so helpful and friendly!
Our Toyota Highlander was hit in a parking lot. It was repaired and detailed to be as shiny as it will ever be!! They take the time to help make an unfortunate situation so positive! First place we call whenever we need a vehicle repaired. Excellence service and professional customer service. Their interior detailing is awesome.. my car always comes back looking great and having that "new car" smell. We recommend them whenever we can!!!
