By far the worst Autoshop I have ever brought car for repair. If you want your car to be in and out in less than a week then this is the right place but just know that they rush your car and make your car look worse. I had to bring my recently purchased Lexus IS that was dented on the side of the passenger door when it was parked and tell my why they decided to paint the hood of the car which had no damage whatsoever and used an ordinary black color rather than the actual color of the car which was a caviar black, they remov... read more

Fast. Friendly. And did a great job. Was really surprised in how quickly they were able to repair the collision damage and get me back on the road. And a very friendly staff.
Courteous, professional, accurate estimate, and a timely fix with no upselling. To elaborate: my last experience with auto repair (Allen Gwynn Chevrolet in Glendale) was horrible, so it was a pleasure doing business with this shop. The staff was courteous and professional, the estimate was precise to a penny, and it was refreshing not to encounter the pervasive upselling that is commonplace at these establishments. Highly recommended.
Carstar Services exceeded my expectations! They provided excellent customer service and repaired my vehicle's quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
