Carstar Platinum is amazing! Professional and friendly staff. They are knowledgeable and explained everything to me and walked me through the process of repairs. My car looks better than brand new! They went above and beyond with the repair and even washed and detailed my car for me! Highly recommend to anyone needed repairs and body work.
Got side swiped by someone. They were able to get my truck fixed in less than a week. Would highly recommend, and it looks like it never happened. Super professional and communicative.
If your vehicle comes here for repairs, be sure to do a thorough walk through before driving off. Stage Farm assigned this shop for repairs on my vehicle, and sadly when I came for pick up there was damage on the bumper they “fixed” paint bled into two parking sensors and the bolts for my license plate were all different. By the time I got home one of the bolts had fallen off. The shop had my vehicle for one day before calling me to let me know it was ready. I still gave them an extra day before pick up as it seemed too soon... read more
