This was once a reputable, honest company but has fallen into the typical sleazy car shop overcharging tricks, sub-par work, and horrible customer service. They did a lousy paint job on my car where you can actually see cracks in the paint where they just did the touch up paint. Then when I went to go pick up my car, they charged me $100 more than the price they told me on the phone. Stay away from this shop! They defrauded my by overcharging for parts and never installing what they claimed they installed, as discovered after an inspection! The owner, Charlie Fox treats customers like a nuisance, condescending and abusive when questioned about his dishonest business practices! The business capitalizes on Yelp reviews, but it turns out they have all negative reviews removed (perhaps by paying Yelp off), furthermore threaten the customers against posting reviews by suppressing the 1st Amendment Rights!
