First off it's impossible to find as there is no signage and it's in the middle of the sales department. I had to ask 3 people before I found it. No one was there and I had to talk to a Carstar representative on one of the Dodge Dealerships phones to tell me the person was off sick. I booked online and received an Order Confirmation email. Waste of my afternoon. LOL 6 months later I received a quote by email.
We had our car repaired at the London location, due to an accident. Hood and front bumper needed replacing and painting. We were so pleased with the finished work, customer service and profession way we were treated the whole way through. Thank you for treating us like people and not just another number. We would give 10 stars if we could.
