Having dealt with Tip Top about 20 years ago, with a very satisfactory result, I thought of them when looking to address a paint scuff on my rear bumper. To my surprise (and delight), their technician Steve had a quick look and buffed it out for me on the spot. What a positive experience !! I went to Carstar after an accident because they were recommended by my insurance company. It took about 6 months to get the parts and I had lost all hope. But one day the team called back, promptly scheduled me in and did a great job with the repair. Last week they helped me with a flat tire as well, at a very reasonable cost. I'll definitely be going back.
