Had my 2011 bmw 335d in for a collision (hit a deer) on the driver's side. Affected the bumper, hood, fender, door and headlight. They took 3 weeks to repair it and kept telling me day after day it was coming out the day after. When they finished they did an ugly job but honestly I needed my car back. Fender and bumper have ugly gaps, bumper is already tearing off from where they put a self tapper.
