Thwy did a half ass job repairing my door handle. It was loose and wobley. They literally repaired it with zip ties.

Our apologies for the confusion on the handle, but we did notify that a new handle would be required for the repair which would take time to order and did the best we could to make the existing, damaged handle work while waiting for the new part to arrive. The zip ties were never the repair, only a temporary fix to allow the vehicle to be used until the new part arrived. If you have any other questions on your repair, please feel free to contact us!
I had an issue with a tree running into my van .. the tree not me .. I need the van repaired like yesterday and shop around and the places I went said two or three weeks and the price was way out of the ball park.. I was told by my son take it to Collision Specialist and see Joe Cantu and not knowing he was the owner.. I called him up and said come on over and see what I can do ..
