Ashley Ross,team leader, assessed the damage to my car bumper and explained the work which would be required to repair it.She was very friendly, effecient, and professional and answered all of my questions. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. I have brought my cars here for repair work in the past, and I am always very satisfied with the high quality of work done,which is why I returned. I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair work done today.
They do wonderful work I personally will recommend to anyone.
Repair estimate was too much. Repair took longer than anticipated. My car wasn’t completely cleaned. Lots of paint dust left over.
CARSTAR was fantastic from beginning to end. Kenny was informative and worked with me to try to keep the cost as low as possible. Carol made sure to send email updates. I never felt as though I was in the dark as they kept me in the loop through the whole process.
