First time customer. I had a light scratch and minor dent on my rear quarter panel and my Honda dealer recommended I visit CARSTAR Chantilly Auto Body. Joe Mota was my service Rep and he provided a thorough assessment, including repair options ranging from low-cost cosmetic changes to a full rear panel replacement. He let me decide with zero pressure. Joe also cleaned the scratch and it looked 100% better when I left the shop. I really appreciated his honesty, professional guidance and customer service.
Car had to come back 3 times for repair that was not done right. They failed to honor lifetime warranty and told me even though the paperwork from them said lifetime warranty that I needed to contact GEICO to get them to approve the 3rd repair. According to GEICO I should not have been asked to call GEICO. BEFORE YOU TAKE CAR TO THIS SHOP MAKE SURE YOU LOOK OVER REVIEWS IN PAST YEAR THAT ARE RATED 1 AND 2 STARS

Amazing experience. They put my Tesla back together as good as new after a collision and looped me in daily about the status of my repairs. They even charged up my car a bit for me.
