I took my car here after an accident, but they made the situation even worse. I eventually had to take it to a different shop to fix their mistakes. This place is highly unprofessional—the day I picked up my car, the staff were even openly arguing with another customer. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else.

I brought my car to Chantilly Auto Body in June after an auto transport company damaged my car during delivery. After a difficult process communicating between Chantilly Auto Body, the auto transport company, and their insurance company, the company was able to repair body damage and replace the antenna assembly in August. Noncommunicative front office and will not actually check your car for body damage after accident, just the high dollar cosmetics. If you just have a small cosmetic issue, dont mind the front office wasting your time as if you were being paid by the hour to hang out, and feel like paying more this is the place for you.
