Got a repair for my Honda Civic bumper, they really did a great job, and another good thing is that, they are always keeping me on the loop in regards to the status & update of the repair, they even got it done as earlier than I expected!
I was very happy with the repair. The initial pick up was complicated by a mismatch in paint color of the hood and right fender. Chantilly Auto Body did not fight my criticism, agreed with me, prioritized the repainting, and returned the car to me within 24 hours.. Thank you!
First of all I'll give credit where it's due - they did a phenomenal job with the repair and I'm satisfied. What I am not satisfied with is their timelines. I was initially told over the phone that I would get my car back by Friday, August 22. All I asked was for them to inform me if it was not going to be ready that day, so I could make other arrangements.
