EXCELENT! My husband and I have purchased quiet a few cars from Bill Marsh Ford. They always have good inventory and if they don't, they will find you what you are looking for. Their service department is EXCELLENT! The salesmen are nice and will work with you, they don't hound you like some dealerships could. Thanks for everything in the past!
Falling Star Something has changed in the service department. The latest service writers are arrogant and completely uncommitted to customer service. I was a loyal customer for for 12 years and always told of all my experience with the service department as exemplifying customer commitment. A few weeks ago I had the worst treatment in all my life and left wondering what happened. I called and spoke with the assistant service manager and was just given excuses for their behavior. Good Service with a smile! The mechanics know their cars. The shop staff is friendly and take the time to explain the mechanics of the services provided to your vehicle. The location is clean and is easy to find.
