I had the pleasure of having my car repaired at CARSTAR Burlington for a no fault accident. The staff handled my car with care and they seamlessly liaised with my insurance company. Chris in particular explained the process step by step and was very professional and communicative. I was very impressed with the service, and I would definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone needing quality repairs on their car. Thank you!
This was an exceptional experience. I had my car repaired very nicely, and completed in about five days.. Now that was very good, but Chris at CARSTAR went above and beyond and completed other repairs at no extra cost- Very nice gesture and was glad to do business with CARSTAR.
We were unfortunate enough to get a dent and scrape over the wheel arch of our vehicle while it was parked. Our insurance company directed us to Carstar and an experience so negative turned into a very positive experience. Everyone who works there is so helpful and efficient. Within minutes of our vehicle drop off our rental was delivered. We were quoted a week for the work and just five days later we received a call to say it was complete. The very best body shop anywhere. I have had our vehicle repaired there twice. I have dealt with body shops for 40 years in the insurance industry and I can definitely say this is the best shop around. The people are incredible and thorough and give you the best possible experience. Any client I have referred there has had a great experience. If your vehicle needs a body shop look no further !!
