I was very unhappy with picking up my car yesterday! I got a call early afternoon stating my car was ready for pickup which I wasn't prepared for because it was due to be done today.. I stated I would have troubles to get it and they said I would have to pick up by the next day at noon which would be impossible because I work during the day.. Ran into some issues with my radiator after i had picked up my car following a car accident...this is something i wish could have been addressed before i had picked it up...Especially since it turned out to be a common issue. The team at CarStar was very responsive to my concerns and did what they could to get my car back to be looked at again and resolved the problem. Worse place ever Went there to get a quote and they tell me I need to make an appointment when everyone was there doing nothing How a business like that operates if cannot check on a car without appointment just for a simple thing like a quote that takes five minutes
