I recently had a rare, unlucky encounter with a black bear while driving. The bear literally ran into the side of my car and skid across my front bumper. Thankfully the damage was not too extensive but definitely bad enough that I made a call to have Carstar help me get it fixed! The whole team was amazing to work with! They assisted me every step of the way and made it very simple. When I went to pick up my car it looked as though no damage had ever happened! My Ford Escape was hooked by a semi tractor trailer from headlight to tail light. Carstar put it back together like new, the staff did everything for me even set up the rental car when my car was done all I had to do was drop the rental at their building and get in my car. Awesome experience thanks to Mike D and the staff
