Our 2016 Honda Pilot was backed into and Duncan did a fantastic job repairing it. This is the second car we had at Duncan and once again, we couldn’t be happier with their excellent, friendly, professional service. They worked directly with USAA and the car rental company, as well as kept us informed of progress along the way. Our car was ready when they initially promised and it was beautifully detailed both inside and out!
I told my insurance company that I didn't want to use their provided services and that I would rather use Duncan Auto Body, and I'm so glad I did! Choosing Duncan auto body was the best choice I could have made. They go above and beyond in every possible way and even their staff members do little things to help you out. The return the car clear to me that I had given it to them, 5 stars!
