The body work and detailing is amazing
I cannot complain about their work as I know nothing about cars, but the body work looked good. However, I was there in the last 2 weeks and not once was anyone wearing a mask. Their FB page says they are following the mandates but they are NOT.

Took a car I owned to Duncan for hail estimate on 8/15. They had the carn24 hours and in that time my daughter‘s I phone connected dissappeared. When picking up the car no one new where the adapter was and told us to come back the following Monday. My daughter returned to get her missing adapter. The answer. He forgot. Then he told her he would give 5 bucks out of his pocket if he had to have go away as the adapter was only worth 5. It cost about 10 dollars. i will never use this company ever again. My car was taken to Duncan Autobody for repairs after it was backed into and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience I had. I’m so thankful my dad recommended them and am extremely grateful for the wonderful work they did. Their staff is very friendly and they provided updates along the way during the entire process. After being rear-ended Duncan was very efficient and did beautiful work on my little car. They regularly updated on progress, handled everything with my insurance company and rental car, and called me just to let me know I could claim my carseat in my backseat. They even vacuumed and buckled my niece's babydoll into the carseat 😂💛👍
