It was a pleasure working with the staff at CarStar Airdrie. They kept me informed of what stage my car was in throughout the process. My car was finished in good time and looks great. I would highly recommend
Carstars were fantastic!! They did a great job! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will certainly go back there anytime for future repairs if I need to on anyone of my vehicles!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place has zero communication, they quoted me 8 hours but they had my vehicle for over 2 and a half weeks with no updates on when the work was going to be completed. Then when I finally went to pick it up they didn’t fix all of the damage. It took months of hounding them to get an appointment. When my vehicle went in for the 2nd time to get the original damage repaired, I was told it would take 1 hour but never received a phone call to pick it up all day on a Friday when they are closed ... read more
It was easy to book my car for detailing. It was cleaned inside and out and I was called an hour later that the work was complete. I was satisfied with the work which was done at a reasonable price.
I was rear-ended Nov 24, spoke with my insurance and Carstar, Carstar told me my vehicle would be picked up within the next 24 hours, it did not get picked up until Nov 26th. I had communicated with them that I was going out of the country on holidays on the 27th and to contact me via email. I received an email asking me to come in and go over the damage on my car on Nov 29 2025, to which I said I was out of the country and go ahead with the work and ordering the parts once the insurance gives the okay.
