I called based on the customer reviews. My son is at Sonoma State and his water pump went out on a car that isn't really worth repairing however, we couldn't dump it either. Katrina and the mechanics worked with us to keep it on the road and didn't try to upsell us on a bunch of stuff that wasn't needed. They were fair and timely. I dealt with them remotely because we do not live in Sonoma. THANKS CARSON'S! It is so nice to have a trusted mechanic without ever having dealt with them in person.
