John was incredibly helpful when our RV breaks went out on our way to Idaho this past week. He even came over to our RV site afterwards and help us with some other issues. Extremely satisfied! Would highly recommend using John anytime you're in the Gardnerville or Minden Nevada area
John was able to help us fix our issue with just a phone call. He was so nice and polite to stay on the phone with us and talk us through our issue. He was able to figure out what was going on just by us describing our issue! Can’t recommend this guy more!
We called to set a repair appointment, but they were booked out beyond on time in the area. However, a super nice man spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me to help me troubleshoot. He was very helpful - I really appreciate his advice and time
John & his wife Colleen were fantastic to work with. They were kind, trustworthy & knowledgeable. John took the time to come check out an issue we were having with our trailer while he was on vacation with his wife & kids. If not for John, we likely would have a been stuck with our trailer at Night In The Country as we lost all power to our slides, exterior lights, awning and water pump. John & Colleen saved the day and we are so thankful for their selflessness. I highly recommend Carson Valley RV Repair.
