Brought my daughter in for a very serious infection causing intense pain. When dr. Kim came in he didn’t check her out. He Didn’t look at her infection. He didn’t ask any questions. He only went through his spiel about how they were busy and he had to wait on labs. While I understand that, he should pay more attention to the patient to see what is happening. She had asked for something for the pain and we waited 2 hours before getting any help with pain. We did not like dr. Kim.
We were admitted also on Sunday the 16th, The admittance receptionist was hysterical while emergencies piled up, the office systems were acting up, during the lengthy and slow process our church interceded and my mom was healed, so we packed up and left!!! My 92 year old Mom was treated with dignity and respect, her nurse Danielle was especially kind, informing her each step of the way and giving timelines. Won't come here again after tonight. Huge coincidence that I had to bring family here twice in one weekend. First brought my mom, we ended up leaving before she made it back. Meanwhile another gentleman also walked out. Then I have to bring my cousin in, who is concerned and scared. We were met with rude staff. The RN spoke to my cousin like he was stupid- if you dislike this job that much then quit and find another one, don't take it out on the patients.
